Ben Morgan-Brown is a young singer-songwriter who in 2008, quit
his job, fled his band and left London to recuperate in a caravan
on the Devon Coast, where he spent his days walking, reading,
writing stories, and playing guitar. Inspired by The Beatles, and
Bob Dylan, he found himself writing concise, melodic pop songs,
and, through a stroke of good gambling luck, purchased a Mac,
a mic and a Martin in order to begin work on what was to become

POM
POM is an intense and extremely gifted guitarist and composer. With blinding speed and near flawless technique, he tears into his music with all the flair of a flamenco Jimi Hendrix: shattering and shifting ideas about what is possible or even acceptable for an acoustic guitar.
Adrian Janssen, Mary McLaren and Janna Bulmer together make up the Amanti Trio. Based in Devon, the Amanti Trio are part of
the larger Amanti Ensemble. Founded in 2003 the Amanti have
performed at numerous concerts across the South West and have
played at a great variety of events, from a Vienese Ball to a
Teddy Bear Signing Day. The Ilsington Festival will be another
event to add to their list.www.amantiensemble.com
Tommy Doyle, Jack Moore, Ed Pearman and Felix Crowhurst make up Brighton's feisty indie-rock hook slingers. The band are an exception to the local line-up, but this only holds testement to their incredibly fresh and unique talent. With a blend of Indie, pop and rock, their sound is unmistakeable and their energetic and passionate presence on stage only adds to their appeal (and makes you want to get up and dance with them).www.myspace.com/youngelectrics

Eat The Rich
Eat The Rich are a heart thumping Devon based folk-punk band. Passion is the key theme behind their music. They love what they do and this really shows. Proud Devonians, Eat The Rich describe their music as "raucous traditionalish music performed by reprobates who refuse to grow up".www.myspace.com/eattherichuk
Becky Brine
Becky has been singing all her life, but started to take it really seriously whilst studying a
diploma in Performing Arts and taking part in the stage musicals at the Bristol New Vic.
Becky moved to Devon from bristol to go to Dartington College of Arts and settled....or
landed...in Totnes. With her influences including Janis Joplin and Nina Simone, and a
voice that makes you feel the passion behind every word she sings, Becky will be bringing
some soul to the Ilsington Festival.
The Casitas
The Casitas are a balls to the wall guitar band that blend strong guitar melodies and world music textures with classic british song writing. Not afraid to twist and corrupt their influences, they write and perform original and varied material with a real energy and passion.
Seasons
Seasons only started out as a band this year, but are
already set to record their first CD in London and
shoot their first video. Talented, passionate and
dedicated are but a few words that describe the band.
We know these boys from Devon will be bringing
energy and excitement to the festival (along
with their already growing fan base) and we can't wait.
Chasing Hollywood
Chasing Hollywood are a four piece pop-punk band from Chudleigh in Devon. The band have recently recorded their EP and are good to go. They love performing and writing and everything that comes with being in a band and this really shows. We can't wait to get our hands on a Chasing Hollywood t-shirt!
